Allan D. Millington is a United States Army veteran. He is currently the Director of Business Development at CGI Federal. Allan attended the State University of New York Institute of Technology, where he graduated with a B.S in Finance and Business Management, and is now pursuing his masters in Finance from University of Maryland University College (UMUC). In the winter of 2014, Allan founded a nonprofit named Universal.

Kitchen to help feed and provide toiletries to homeless individuals and veterans in our nation’s Capital. Universal Kitchen’s food program provides dinner twice a week to veterans, the homeless and low-income people in the Washington, DC area.
